Our History

HR Services, Inc. is an award winning human resources technology provider. Founded in 1993, we started as a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company and after several highly successful years, we developed DialApp interactive voice response system to streamline our manual hiring process. Since 1997, we have abandoned our RPO roots and concentrated on creating, deploying, and enhancing hiring software for human resources. HR Services Inc. is the provider of DialApp interactive voice response system, now a configuration option of the myStaffingPro applicant tracking suite, and the recruiting software, myStaffingPro Elevate.

In 2012, HR Services joined the Paychex, Inc. family as a wholly owned subsidiary, now providing even more resources to our customers.
