Robert Schulte, CEO Robert Schulte founded the company in 1993 after a need arose for a local Human Resources Outsourcing firm. Since inception, Robert’s forward thinking mindset has transformed HR Services Inc. from a HRO to a leading applicant tracking system. As the CEO, Robert oversees the day-to-day operations of HR Services Inc., while also actively participating in the future development of myStaffingPro. Education: Robert holds a Bachelors degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland University.

Jennifer Brogee, CIO Jennifer Brogee joined the company in 1997 as a marketing professional. Her product development talents quickly emerged when she conceptualized the DialApp interactive voice response system. Jennifer currently serves as the CIO where she oversees product development. Jennifer’s oversight responsibilities include developing, designing, testing, training, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. Jennifer also acts as a liaison between the Client Services Team and the development team. Education: Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Anderson University with a Bachelor’s of Administration in Business Management, earning the Wall Street Journal Award from the Falls School of Business.

Jenni Roof, Director of Client Services Jenni serves as the Director of Client and Customer Service. She was hired in 2001 to manage new accounts and oversee the customer support staff. Over 5 years experience in the staffing industry provided Jenni with a strong knowledge of the hiring process and a solid background in project management. With her wealth of knowledge, and ability to think critically, Jenni quickly emerged as the preferred Client Services Manger to oversee all major accounts. Her role has since evolved to include management of the client and customer service teams, as well as involvement in the product development and executive planning committees. Education: Jenni has a degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo.

Ruth Ann Stover, Director of Sales and Marketing Ruth Ann has been with HR Services since 1998 when she was assigned the task of selling the DialApp phone application system. Now as the Director of Sales, Ruth Ann is responsible for leading the sales efforts; including determining sales strategies, conducting demonstrations, and setting the sales goals. Ruth Ann is also an active participant in product development initiatives and strategic planning. Education: Ruth Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree from Albion College.
