myStaffingProŽ applicant tracking system is the proprietary product of HR Services Inc. HR Services, Inc. was started in 1993 as a Human Resources Outsourcing
firm that specialized in large scale hiring projects. After several years of manually screening applicants, HR Services, Inc. researched the market for an
automated prescreening system. When the market failed to provide a suitable solution, HR Services Inc. decided to create their own applicant tracking technology.
- In October of 1997, the first product, DialApp®, was introduced as an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone
application system. The DialApp® system enabled applicants to apply for positions through an automated telephone
process. To this day, DialApp® continues to assist clients with sourcing candidates and offering an alternative
to web applications.
- In 1999, HR Services, Inc. left their recruiting roots, and become focused on creating a web based applicant tracking system. By the end of the year, the
myStaffingProŽ product was created as a custom web-based applicant management system.
The custom solution was created as a non-standard system for clients who are looking for a completely unique solution.
- The Enterprise Edition of myStaffingProŽ was introduced in 2001. The Enterprise Edition was created for medium to large businesses that were looking for
an applicant tracking system that could be configured in less than 30 days.
- In June 2005, the Standard Edition of myStaffingProŽ was introduced for small to medium businesses. The
Standard Edition offers an easy-to-use applicant
tracking system that starts at just $200 a month.
- In 2007, the myStaffingProŽ Enterprise Edition was streamlined into several modules which could be activated on a per
client basis. The new implementation strategy enables clients to apply an enterprise level solution at a fraction of the price.
As the Human Resource industry has changed; so has HR Services focus from a HRO to solely an applicant tracking system provider. Since 1999, our mission continues
to drive us forward in an ever changing marketplace.
