	Ad Feed Seamlessly post job openings to your company sanctioned job board(s) without logging into another system. *Limited to integrated job boards. Please contact us for a complete list
	Ad Tracking Track your applicant response to newspaper ads and custom recruiting events.
	Applicant Self-Scheduling Allow candidates to self-schedule for an appointment. Uses for this module include phone interview scheduling, assessment session scheduling, hiring manager interview scheduling, and more.
	Application Builder as Phase 2 Create a tiered application process and invite qualified applicants to complete the AppBuilder at a subsequent stage in your process.
	Automated Phone Interviews (IVR) Automate the phone interview process with the interactive voice response (IVR) system. * Additional usage fees apply.

	Community Based Org. (CBO)/Recruiter Notifications Increase your recruiting reach by sending your job openings to all of your sourcing contacts with one click.
	Custom AppBuilder Module Build an AppBuilder module with fields that you specify.
	Custom Note Types Define, select, and categorize applicant notes with the myStaffingPro Custom Note Types add-on.
	Custom User Fields Create and manage custom user fields.
	DialApp (IVR) Enable applicants to listen to a job description and apply with a touch-tone telephone using our interactive voice response system (IVR).
	E-Verify Integration Submit and receive E-Verify information effortlessly with the myStaffingPro® CARCO® integration. The implementation fee includes 100 transactions. Additional packages of 100 transactions can be purchased for $500.
	Global Prescreening Questions Define a set of prescreening questions and determine who answers them based on the requisition's location. This module is an excellent way to ask location based compliance questions without having to manually add the questions to every questionnaire.
	Google Analytics A third party analytics code that tracks the source of the candidates and their progress through the online application.
	Hiring Manager/Recruiter Security Level and Portal Assign a Hiring Manager/Recruiter to a requisition, and limit their access to those applicants and requisitions that they are assigned to.
	HM Quick Response with Feedback Fields Expand upon the hiring manager quick response (HM QR) functionality with custom feedback fields. With our feedback field upgrade, you can add up to 10 Custom User Fields (CUFs) to the HM QR portal.
	HRIS Integration Export new hire information from myStaffingPro into your HRIS/Payroll System.

	Internal Portal Post positions to a separate search screen that is specifically for internal applicants. (NOTE: If desire to use Internal Days field, must also turn on Enterprise Req Mgmt module)

	Multi-Location/Retail Candidate Portal Enable candidates to search for positions through an interactive map.
	Offer Approval Provide decision makers and applicants with an easy way to review and approve an offer electronically.
	Onboarding with Electronic Signature Offer a paperless new hire process with an electronic signature of the W-4, I-9, state tax form, application builder, and EEO Self Identification Form. * 10% license fee for usage, maintenance, and storage of 1 GB/full access user (additional storage fees may apply)
	Reason Codes Ask users to select from a predefined list of reasons for updating the applicant’s status.
	Resume Mining (OFCCP Compliant) Launch, record, and import your sourced resumes into myStaffingPro.
	Social Media Integration Post your jobs automatically to your Twitter feed and/or your Facebook wall.
	Sourcing Req / Real Req Utilize a two-step prescreening process in which applicants submit an initial inquiry, and if qualified they are invited to complete a second set of more specific questions.
