About Us

Founded in 1993, myStaffingPro started as a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company and after several highly successful years, developed DialApp interactive voice response system to streamline its manual hiring process. In 1997, the company abandoned its RPO roots to concentrate on creating, deploying, and enhancing hiring software for human resources. HR Services Inc. is the provider of DialApp interactive voice response system, now a configuration option of the myStaffingPro applicant tracking suite, and the recruiting software, myStaffingPro Elevate.

In 2012, HR Services joined the Paychex, Inc. family as a wholly owned subsidiary, now providing even more resources to its customers.
