myStaffingPro® applicant tracking system is the proprietary product of HR Services Inc. we/HR Services, Inc. started in 1993 as a Human Resources Outsourcing firm that specialized in large scale hiring projects. After several years of manually screening applicants, HR Services, Inc. researched the market for an automated prescreening system. When the market failed to provide a suitable solution, we/HR Services, Inc. decided to create our own applicant tracking technology.

• In October of 1997 the first product, DialApp®, was introduced as an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone application system. The DialApp® system enabled applicants to apply for positions through an automated telephone process. To this day DialApp® continues to assist clients with sourcing candidates and offering an alternative to web applications.
• In 1999, we/HR Services, Inc. left our recruiting roots, and focused on creating a web based applicant tracking system. By the end of the year, the myStaffingPro® product was created as a custom web-based applicant management system. The custom solution was created as a non-standard system for clients who are looking for a unique solution.
• The Enterprise Edition of myStaffingPro® was introduced in 2001 for medium to large businesses that wanted an applicant tracking system that could be configured in less than 30 days.
• In June 2005, the Standard Edition of myStaffingPro® was introduced for small to medium businesses. The Standard Edition offers an easy-to-use applicant tracking system that starts at just $200 a month.
• In 2007, the myStaffingPro® Enterprise Edition was streamlined into several modules which could be activated on a per client basis. The new implementation strategy enables clients to apply an enterprise level solution at a fraction of the price.
• The Express Edition of myStaffingPro was introduced in 2008 as a small business solution for clients with a handful of web users. The Express solution includes the essentials of applicant tracking for just $60 per user.
