What kind of software and hardware will I need to use myStaffingPro?
myStaffingPro is 100% a web-based, ASP solution. Our clients need nothing more than a standard browser and Internet connection to access the system from anywhere. There are no downloads required or special installs necessary.
How will this influence my Web site and my Webmaster?
The myStaffingPro system includes a hosted candidate portal. Beyond a minimal amount of up-front coordination, most of the technical aspects of your career site's functionality are handled by our system.
How often do you upgrade your system or release new versions?
We are constantly adding new features and functionality to our systems based on user requests and feedback. Because of the Web-based nature of the system, all users have immediate access to upgrades and additional features. Some new features may be made available for an additional fee.
What is the capacity of the myStaffingPro system?
The myStaffingPro web-based system can handle an unlimited number of users. We use a “burstable” connection to the Internet in an environment that has an OC-48 connection. Because the system is scalable, additional capacity can be easily added.
How do you insure security for applicants who apply using your web application?
The web application, AppOne.com, is a secure site using 128 bit encryption and a Secure Server Certification Authority issued by RSA Data Security, Inc.
How do you insure security for users who use myStaffingPro applicant tracking system?
myStaffingPro is a secure site using 128 bit encryption and a Secure Server Certification Authority issued by RSA Data Security, Inc. Client data is stored on a database server that resides behind “hardware firewall” (not directly on the Internet). The database will only accept requests for the data that has passed our security checks. Access to the system is granted by username and password only according to the rights assigned to a specific user.
How do you insure the overall security?
The security program includes updates of virus protection software and current operating system patches, as well as on-going monitoring of all firewalls, web servers, hardware, event logs, and internet activity. In addition to software intrusion detection, 24/7 monitoring of the entire network and restricted access to management functions on production servers.
Do you have a disaster recovery plan to insure service in the event of a major catastrophe?
An active program is in place to reduce downtime in the event of a major catastrophe. This includes:
- Co-located services providing redundant Internet and telecommunication routing, redundant power supply and state of the art fire suppression.
- Redundant hardware and power supplies
- Daily system and data back-ups sent off-site
- Yearly Disaster Recovery practice of potential disaster scenarios
Who has the ownership of the candidate database?
All data collected on behalf of the client is the exclusive property of the client while housed on myStaffingPro applicant tracking system. Should the client request an export of any or all of this data, HR Services will provide the export in a standard export format.
Do you guarantee uptime?
Our Service Level Agreement guarantees uptime of our Internet services. Over the last 5 years, myStaffingPro has maintained an uptime of 99.999%.
