Define, Configure, Activate
Define your Hiring Process
During this stage we want to understand your company structure, processes, and the goals you hope to achieve with the myStaffingPro® system. During this stage, your salesperson will:
  • Ask questions to understand your business and recruiting goals
  • Take you on a guided tour of myStaffingPro®’s features and functionality
  • Provide a pricing proposal

Configure your System
Our goal is that myStaffingPro® becomes a tool that is intuitive to your company processes and to your users. To accomplish this goal, we will:

  • Assign a Client Services Manager to facilitate the implementation process
  • Create your user login, and send introductory information and tools for preparation
  • Train your company’s administrator on configuring the system
  • Create and activate the candidate portal
  • Review and test your application process(es)

Activate your Process
Once myStaffingPro® is live for your company we work as your partner to continually review, advise, and support your efforts. We are interested in building long term relationships that strengthen over time.
