services manager to assist you in implementation, training, activation, and on-going support. |
|

The portal design can be selected from over twelve templates to compliment the look of your corporate website. |
|
 |   | Manage your location information – Create and manage the organization's locations to associate with your requisitions. |
|
 |   | Select your job categories – Cluster job openings into groups that are used to categorize your
requisitions. |
|
 |   | Define your job specific questions – Define the sets of prescreening questions and select
which set to administer per requisition. myStaffingPro®’s flexible questionnaire setup makes it easy for the administrator to create an unlimited number of questions and
screen the applicants for minimum qualifications. At the end of the online application process, the applicant will be assigned a status of “Qualified” or “Not Qualified” based
on the criteria set. The prescreening questions make it easy for recruiters to select the most qualified candidates without manually reviewing each one. |
|
 |   | Create an integrated online application – Create your own paper application online where candidates complete information such as education, work history, skills, licenses and certificates, driving history, criminal history, and many more. |
|
 |   | Build and oversee your job description library –Create a position template database
and manage the job descriptions, details, requirements, and the assigned prescreening. The stored templates provide a quick and consistent way for users to populate
requisitions in preparation of posting them to the candidate portal. |
|
| Establish your applicant workflow –Create the hiring process that fits, rather than adapting to fit the software. Incoming applicants are assigned
an “Incomplete” status, and then are updated to “Qualified” or “Not Qualified” based on their responses to the prescreening questions. From there, users can update
the applicant through the created hiring process. This provides a consistent hiring process where applicants can be updated with ease. The configurable statuses are
complete with automated email triggers to communicate with applicants and internal staff. |
|
 |   | Configure automatic emails –Inform applicants on their progress in the hiring
process with personalized email communication templates. The automatic emails provide a hassle free method to maintain communication with the applicant throughout
the hiring process. With myStaffingPro’s flexible email templates, administrators can create a timed, personalized message for every step in the hiring process. |
|
 |   | Web user administration –Add, edit, and cancel myStaffingPro® users at any time. The standard system
includes an unlimited number of web users and variety of access levels that can limit the user’s access to EEO data, specific location(s), and the administrative interface. |
|
 |   | Unique posting fields –Customize the requisition description with up to 10 unique
posting fields. The posting fields can be used to convey additional information to the candidate or they can contain internal information that is only viewable within
